The construction of the building is not trimmer-joisted up to the top terrace-like floor. The roof is flat – steel concrete, with heat-, vapor-, and hydro-insulation with protection coverage. All the outer partitioning walls is built up from solid brickwork with ceramic bricks, with heath insulation layer. From the outside the facade is covered with color polymeric plaster. The flooring is designed with terracotta; there are luxurious parapets –metal and wood, coated and painted walls and ceilings, assembled switches and illuminants. The joinery of the doors and the windows is from 4-chamber, hermetically sealed German PVC profile, ecological, fire resistible, sound- and heath-proof. The inner partitioning walls in the ground floor and between the apartments are carried out from fenestrated brickwork – 25 cm and 12 cm. The elevator system is a “hydraulic” type, with luxurious pit, there is an inside drainage system with a turn-cock mounted and a main water-flow meter for the whole building. There is outer power supply, with electricity panel mounted, with separate energy meters for the different sites. The lightning-conductor is provided, and the shared parts are 100% finished, according the approved architectural project. The apartments will be delivered with the following outlook: THE APARTMENT ARE ENTIRELY COMPLETED./FOR EXAMPLE THE FLOORING IS WITH TERRACOTTA OR LAMINATE, AS THE CLIENT PREFERS;FULLY COMPLETED BATHROOM AND WC ,AS WEL AS SWITCHES AND CONTACTS FOR THE POWER SUPPLY; WALLS PLASTERED AND PAINTED IN DESIRED COLOR. - Inner doors – MDF type - Entrance doors – metal, MDF covered - Drainage – ecological PVC pipes, with insulation and water-flow meter assembled - Inner electrical and weak current installation, according the plan, without switches and contacts, with apartment power panel mounted. The building has 1st level of fire-resistance, equaling B category of fire danger. All the doors of the rooms for public amassment in case of evacuation open outwards. Start of execution: 28 April 2006, ending –up to 18 months from the date of receiving the building line.
