Terms of Payment
• 30 % of the sales price at signing the preliminary contract for sale
• 20 % of the sales price after one months from signing the preliminary contract

• 10 % of the sales price when the apartment is transferred to the owner
• To reserve for one month any apartment or studio yon need to send us 1000 EUR deposit
